In Memory of
Gail Habbyshaw
It is with deep sorrow and remorse that I share with you the passing of Gail Habbyshaw - Mercer Community Band staff member for over 25 years.  Gail never sought attention or recognition with regard to her service to our band.  Whether serving the pizza and drinks on our break during the Thursday night rehearsals, to folding over 800 programs each Friday afternoon, to writing the weekly MCB press releases or even selling raffle tickets for over 2 /1/2 hours during our evening concerts, Gail was without a doubt a dedicated and loyal band member.  She never complained and always asked what else could she do.......

From Dr. Hendley D. Hoge's message to the band members about Gail's passing.
